Terms & Policies

Thank you for considering me for your project. To ensure smooth collaboration, the following terms outline how I work, what’s included, and how revisions and sessions are handled.

Delivery & Turnaround

• Standard delivery is within 24 hours of receiving the final script (unless otherwise agreed).
• Files are delivered in high-quality WAV or MP3 format.
• Rush delivery may be available upon request.

Revision Policy

Performance Errors: Mispronunciations, missed words, or script errors (especially when pronunciation guidance is provided) will be corrected at no charge.

Pronunciation Variants: For words with multiple acceptable pronunciations (e.g., regional or technical terms), I follow standard usage unless otherwise instructed. Retakes may incur a fee if guidance wasn't provided beforehand — but I always aim to be flexible and fair.

Artistic Direction: One round of tonal or pacing feedback is included for undirected sessions. Additional rounds may incur a fee depending on scope.

Script Rewrites: Substantial changes to the script after recording may require an additional fee. Small tweaks may be completed at no charge at my discretion.

Live Directed Sessions

A live directed session of up to one hour is included in your quote. This allows for real-time collaboration to ensure the read meets your expectations.

• Extra Time: Additional time is billed at $100/hour, with no minimum for extensions.
• Separate Sessions: A second session on a different day carries a one-hour minimum.
• Scheduling: I request at least 24 hours’ notice, with preferred availability in evenings and weekends (Eastern Time).
• Platforms: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or phone.

Usage & Licensing

Unless otherwise specified, quotes are based on non-broadcast usage (e.g., internal, web-based, explainer videos). If your project involves TV, radio, paid online ads, or other broadcast uses, please let me know so I can provide the appropriate licensing terms.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. For long-form or large-scope projects, staged payments may be arranged. I accept payment through Voices.com (Escrow), PayPal, or direct invoice.

Communication

Clear, timely communication helps ensure a smooth process. Please provide the following when possible:

• Finalized script (Word, PDF, or plain text)
• Pronunciation notes (if applicable)
• Tone/style preferences or references
• Deadline, file format, and usage details
